Apple Blueberry Yogurt

Recently, I’ve mastered the art of tricking my husband into eating healthy food… and I hit a home run with this Apple Blueberry Yogurt. It’s perfect for breakfast or dessert, my husband absolutely loves it, and it’s only 350 calories.

Ingredients (serves 2):
1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
4 tablespoons Blueberry Jam
4 tablespoons unsalted Cashews or Almonds
4 tablespoons Granola
1 Gala Apple

Start by dicing the apple in to small pieces, and chopping the nuts.

In a small bowl combine the 1 cup of Greek Yogurt with the 4 tablespoons of Blueberry Jam…

…and stir the yogurt and jam together, and watch it transform into a glorious light purple delight!

Next, add the diced apple and chopped nuts to the bowl…

… and stir until combined.

Now, it’s time to serve! So, divide the yummy yogurt mixture evenly between two bowls…

… and top each bowl of yogurt off with some granola.

Now, this is the most important part: Enjoy!

Cook Long and Prosper!

Sincerely, the Uncustomary Housewife
