Historians believe that Confucius once said, “Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.” I hope historians are right, because I really like that quote.
A series of three photos: I snapped the following series of pictures during a trip to the Beijing Summer Palace; one of the most beautifully tranquil places I’ve ever been. Enjoy!
Photo 1: A wide shot– Kunming Lake and the Seventeen Arc Bridge; in the background you can see Yu Quan Hill and the Yu Feng Pagoda.
Photo 2: Zooming in—Getting closer to the Yu Feng Pagoda; I enjoyed watching the boats on Kunming Lake.
Photo 3: Close Up—Yu Feng Pagoda. Built during the Liao Dynasty (907-1125).
I dream of going there! Beautiful place, beautiful photos for the challenge!
Thank You!
