A Self-Timer Photo Creates a Contrast

Set the self-timer,
push the shutter button,
run,
pose and smile,
walk back to the camera,
and see how the photo turned out.

On this occasion a beautiful sunset stole the show in our self-timed photo, creating a delightful contrast.

Daily Prompt: Shadowed

Low-light photography can be difficult to get right, but sometimes the absence of light can make for a compelling, dramatic photograph.

  3. What a fantastic photo. The colours in the sky look absolutely amazing and I love the way they are reflected in the water.

  4. Lovely, I like silhouettes, they make a photo more alive but still with less details, which I think is great. Wonderful entry.
